Why This Resource Exists
Maryland law provides access to many public records, but Kent County does not offer one public online roster that answers every arrest question. KCSO creates CrimeStar booking records and photos, KCDC handles local custody, Maryland courts record the case outcome, and DPSCS covers specified state custody. We collect those official links, explain their limits, and outline the correct request route.
Information Organized Here
The site separates sources by what each can actually establish.
- The home page covers recent arrests, KCDC custody checks, warrants, booking photos, Maryland law, and records requests.
- The 24 Hour Arrests page explains the same-day phone and agency fallback where no official feed exists.
- The Arrest Log page distinguishes weekly news reporting from an official booking history.
- The VINELink Check page explains custody searches and alerts.
- City pages address Chestertown, Rock Hall, and Galena agency routes.
Limits of This Site
This is a privately operated publication. It has no connection to a Maryland sheriff, police department, jail, corrections agency, court, or other government body.
- We cannot release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
- We cannot post bond, arrange visits, or send funds.
- We do not give legal advice.
- We cannot promise that an address, fee, or phone number has not changed.
Only the responsible government office can confirm custody, release, charges, and the content of an official record.

Some pages contain search tools run by outside providers with their own prices and result rules. If a visitor follows a tool to a paid signup, this site may receive a referral fee that supports free access to the editorial material. We do not control a partner’s fees, data, or results.
